Cangar, A Warm Recreational Water

Cangar is a hot water fountain head, located in Batu. Taman Hutan Raya R.Soeryo maybe makes the reservation of the vegetation is great. You could find a big trees, cool air, and especially birds. Some blue and yellow birds singing and flying so free. Make a nice view of freedom and friendly acts of human to nature, although it's rarely now. For additional, you could visit a cave, built by Japan colonizer.

The view when you decided to get a hot bath in Cangar is admirable too. The long journey makes a spectacular views of agricultural field. Hills filled with many squares with different size and color. Indicated some kinds of vegetables, fruits and else. Praisefully, the street is built well, making a comfortable driving while enjoying the lovely look of the green hills, blue wide sky and of course a smoked mountain, where Cangar is headed.

The area developed like usual swimming pool. There are 3 main swimming pool and 2 pool, which is so hot and made up by black rocks. Making the sensation of submerged is naturally relaxing. The surrounds still reserved as a jungle, making a friendly greet to the animals and plants. This is maybe my luck, experiencing the black and big enough monkey jumping from one branch to another while bathing in the rocks pool. But sadly, it just one, and I keep staring and found nothing.

The one thing that makes me a little dissapointed is the crowded area. I Love to get relax in a quite place, allowed me enjoying without unappropriate noise blocking my head. But its good enough, I think I would visit Cangar again next time. I want to meet the black haired monkey and relax in warm hugs among the fresh green area again. But, really early in the morning! It might still uncrowded right?

Ngebel Lake is about Big Cool Trees and Mysterious Lake

Ngebel lake is some how unforgetable place. It has a really big area, include the jungle. The jungle is so green and dense, full with a big trees and spread bushes in every spot I look at. Some cute monkeys, is playing , jumping and staring at the human, and some car that passed by.

I really dont understand, how come? Ngebel has a cool air, refreshing what ever tired your head is. Ngebel has a super green and dense big trees, it’s so big, making me feel so tinny and young, yet weak. But it’s not crowded with tourist. Thanks to God I have this chance. Frankly, I enjoy the quite atmosphere. It give me a full relaxation too.

Could you imagine tasting a fresh fruits in quite calm air? It is exactly so unbearable moments. The local fruits, mangosteen and durian cost so cheep that doesn’t match with the taste, which is so yummy. I thinks it is half cheaper than in the market and taste more delicious too. I buy a lot and buy a lot again. Yes you are, I’m excessive enough. It’s fun, why not?

The lake, surrounded by a big trees in some corner, giving a shady to maximum feel enjoy the day. The environment I thinks is maintan enough. Some main cuisine is reachable too, there are many simply cafe around to try. Eating in nature is unbeatable delicious, isn’t it?

Hey, there is something unlogic issue at there. The mythology, said that if you touch the water, a strength pull, will get you into the water. Actually Ngebel Lake is 734 metre deep, so it almost impossible to save. This thought is legendary cohering, even my grandma and some local people there said the same. Sadly, it makes the boat man, people who have a boat to entertain the tourist is going down. I want to give it a try, but again, my moms prohibit me.

Overall, Ngebel Lake is a calm place to have a meditation, and kind of trip which needs to keep quite while enjoy the site. I still want to come back, oh God..

Gunung Bromo, Probolinggo

Gunung Bromo memiliki pemandangan matahari terbit yang sangat memukau. Langit yang gelap dan hitam. Berwarna biru tua yang semakin cerah dan cerah hingga berwarna biru muda, bulatan oranye berpijar anggun perlahan lahan dari bukit dihadapan saya. Kebetulan saat itu saya melihat sunrise dari mitigen, salah satu tempat di kawasan Gunung Bromo yang menyediakan tempat untuk menunggu Sang Surya terbangun dari tidurnya.

Tepat dibelakang saya gunung Batok dan Bromo mulai menampakkan siluetnya, semakin jelas seiiring matahari yang semakin tinggi. Dibawah kaki saya lautan pasir berwarna abu abu dan berkabut memenuhi pandangan. Nun jauh disana gunung tertinggi di Pulau Jawa, Semeru 3676 Mdpl duduk di singgasananya dalam diam dan suasana magis.

Saya benar benar beruntung. Itu kali pertama saya menginjakkan kaki di Gunung Bromo. Tapi saya tak cuma mendapatkan Panorama Bromo yang mungkin beberapa orang akan berkeberatan jika saya bilang "cuma", hhehhe. Saya juga berkesempatan menikmati Jazz gunung, musisi papan atas ibukota, seperti Maya Hasan, Glen Freddly, Sri Utamu, Butet dan Djaduk Ferianto, Tohpati!!! semuanya menemani saya menghangatkan saya dengan alunan musiknya yang menggema dan berpijar. MAlam itu dingin sekali, mulut saya mampu mengeluarkan asap putih seperti aktor film luar negeri ketika syuting dengan salju, memang. Tapi mereka menghangatkan saya. Uwahhhh :D

jangan sampai tak memasukkan Bromo dalam agenda bermain :)

Pantai Klayar, Pacitan

Pantai Klayar adalah pantai dengan ombak yang amat sangat memukau dan menyeramkan. Namun seperti biasa, memiliki panorama yang spektakuler. Ombak akan bergulung gulung dengan sangat tinggi dan deras, angin berhembus dengan begitu kencangnya. saya cuma mendekati tebing yang menantang ombak itu, sedikit dan suara sempritan memekakkan telinga saya. Waa sepertinya saat itu tiba tiba gelap dan lampu sorot pangggung mengarah pada saya. sedikit malu, dan bangga cuma saya yang kena sempritan diantara pengunjung sebanyak itu, hahahha.

pantai itu tak mengijinkan pengunjung untuk ngemplung dan berbasah basahan ria. Sedikit bingung mau ngapain, gimana lagi, tiap ketemu pantai saya selalu mencari sudut untuk nyemplung dan bermain ombak, :) hehhehe.

Namun akhirnya saya nemu juga tempat yang agak sepi n rindang. Mojok disitu sendirian, ditemenin keong kecil sama kepiting yang malu malu kucing. Menikmati tiap belaian angin pada kerudung dan tubuh saya, nyaman, saya tak bisa menolak keramahan pasir yang putih itu, saya menidurinya dan meluruskan punggung sejenak.

ketika saya bangun, pemandangan manis yang agak pahit. Ada pasangan muda melakukan foto prewedding, lho saya juga mau :(

Baron Beach to Fulfil your Seafood Appetite

Baron Beach allowed you to eat seafood as much as you want. You are not only given a quality fresh seafood, but also a super cheap dishes. Indonesian Cuisine mix well and blend perfectly with the spot. Baron Beach is one of dangerous beach, having a big waves and be careful, some tourist lost because of lack of cautions. But don’t mind that, this bite not any longer bit, but mint. There is a calm wave area, before in the bad waves. Because of the big waves, and a river flows a fresh water, making a mix salty water green-colored but still clean and bright. This site is save and allowed by the commercials to swimming and wash your body.

If you like sunbathing or just watching a bumpy waves, feeling a smooth air gently touch your skin or relax and enjoying what you pick to notice, lie in some local umbrella. Rented in really cheap prices per hour I guess, I’m a little bit forget about that.

If you feel it's enough to relax in standart mode, please be spiritful to move your feet a little. On the left side you could hike a little. About 10 minutes, you could watch down and straight on the Pesisir Selatan of Indonesia. A wide ocean, wide sky and some small green islands. Look at the right islands and you could see a light mysterious well built light house, stand steadyly watching the unprdictable ocean.


Do not too long watch above or straight, try to make your eyes directions below your feet. You could see a really big waves crash a clift, making a thousand debris of salty foam, white salty foam colored combine perfectly match wih a blue deep ocean. You will eager to built a home there.


What are you waiting for? Its not hard to reach Baron Beach. A flawless street until the destination, a well built public area is served. Look at the agenda, make a real sight then. Happy enjoying. FYI, near Baron there are several others beach that might have others affectionate lovely heal.

Dirty-Mud Trekking to Enjoy Fascinating Lagoon

If you are a clean traveller, who choose a comfortable travelling, prefer a clean feet, clean hand and proud of your hygenic life then you should stop reading. This is about a journey to roaming an 887 ha range of area, which allowed you to get dirty! Infact with a little forced, especially in monsoon.

Sempu Island, located in South Malang is actually a conservation area. Beacause of the generous of the forest police, we could get some relaxation and leisure on Sempu Island. First, after pay Rp.100.000,- to move a local boat. You could reach Teluk Semut, which is the first-intouch you with Sempu Islands, and the trekking taste shall begins! Watchout, you may meet green snakes, monkeys, black scorpions, and do not forget to look above, when you hear husky of voice. It’s a Rangkok Bird, famous with its devotion of love.

About 2,5 km, is very short for enjoying trekking huh? Do not feel so down, it may depends on our physics endurances, but it’s far enough for that kind of wilderness. Sempu, like other conservation area, has no paving block, toilets, garbage can or any other buildings. Some path just similar with a bushes blocking the way, so you may need a local guide if it’s your first encounter with Sempu Island. This is what I mention before, the wet grounds makes a muddy slippery ground to step on it. Be aware with old trees aged hundreads years covered and sprawled in a range of view that may surprised you with the beauty of the rain forest.

After 2 hours trekking, average people does, you will greet Sempu Lagoon, Segara Anakan. Please take a look in clear and calm seashore, a bunch number of sword fish is swimming in quiet, backrounded by gently white sands. You would not meet corals here, but if you accept it with a heart, close your eyes, take a deep breath, start opening your eyes and look arounds. A green small hills, some monkeys from babies to adult is jumping from one branch to another looking for a time to steal your meal. Sempu ground to make your tents up is limits, at least 15 tents- with 4 person in. The lagoon is so clean and clear with no waves mess up, allowed you to swim like in swimming pools. Bring your binoculars, and keep noticing Indonesia Ocean you might get fortune to see whales and dolpins swimming by tap in the rocks arounds Sempu Island, near the lagoon.

No littering, is not written in board in Sempu Islands but please allow, keep your garbage and empty it in Sendang Biru Harbour. Tents, sleeping bags, boot, and water is a must. There is no fresh water supply and people selling foods so prepare your breads or bring your paraffin stove to get your energy back.
